de<strong> dados de pagamento eletr\u00f4nico na emiss\u00e3o de NF-e e NFC-e no Mato Grosso.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tais ajustes foram estabelecidos pelo decreto n\u00b0 599\/2023 e pela portaria feitos atrav\u00e9s de meios eletr\u00f4nicos, como cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito ou d\u00e9bito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"810\" wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Para simplificar, podemos dizer que \u00e9 a \u201cmaquininha\u201d de cart\u00e3o conectada ao seu computador e integrada com o seu sistema de class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por enquanto, as novas regras v\u00e3o atingir apenas os contribuintes com os 17 CNAEs<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1m0tp2N6PdLiES_spuSI62Cj6quAv2i8Z\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"> listados no anexo \u00fanico (p\u00e1g.24)<\/a>, com in\u00edcio da <strong>obrigatoriedade previsto para 01\/04\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" regras tamb\u00e9m <strong>n\u00e3o<\/strong> se aplicam nos seguintes casos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 NFC-e emitida na forma do Regime Especial da Nota Fiscal F\u00e1cil &#8211; NFF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Opera\u00e7\u00f5es de venda n\u00e3o presencial, intermediadas em site ou plataforma de terceiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Venda com entrega e pagamento em domic\u00edlio, desde que o equipamento destinado ao registro do pagamento da opera\u00e7\u00e3o contenha o nome empresarial e o endere\u00e7o do estabelecimento, a serem impressos no comprovante da opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Venda\u00a0realizada\u00a0por MEI optante pelo tratamento diferenciado e favorecido de que trata a Lei Complementar (federal) n\u00b0 123, de 14\/12\/06.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"O_Que_Terei_que_Mudar_no_Meu_Restaurante\"><\/span>O Que Terei que Mudar no Meu Restaurante?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O decreto n\u00b0 599\/2023 estabelece que quando o pagamento da opera\u00e7\u00e3o for realizado por meio eletr\u00f4nico (cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito ou d\u00e9bito, <a href=\"https:\/\/expressodelivery.com.br\/blog\/tag\/pix\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PIX<\/a>, etc.), \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio <strong>vincular o comprovante de pagamento<\/strong> ao documento fiscal (NF-e ou <a href=\"https:\/\/expressodelivery.com.br\/blog\/tag\/nfc-e\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NFC-e<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para haver essa integra\u00e7\u00e3o, o sistema de pagamento dever\u00e1 gerar um c\u00f3digo de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Esse c\u00f3digo deve ser informado tanto no comprovante de pagamento quanto no campo espec\u00edfico da NFC-e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou seja,<strong>&nbsp;na emiss\u00e3o da NFC-e do pedido pago no cart\u00e3o o seu sistema dever\u00e1 informar os c\u00f3digos da transa\u00e7\u00e3o.
